Expressing doubts over the neutrality of the Election Commission of India, the Madras High Court sought a status report on March 31 on the inquiry into the complaint that the BJP’s Puducherry unit obtained voters’ mobile numbers using Aadhaar details without permission and sent campaign text messages.
